The Audubon Center for Birds of Prey offers visitors a chance to get a close look at birds of prey. Tours are self-guided, but the volunteers who work there are happy to share their knowledge about these amazing birds. Learn about bald eagles, hawks, owls, and many others. The mission of the center is to take care of injured birds and, if possible, release them back into the wild. The birds that cannot be released are well cared for. The facility is located in a residential neighborhood. The drive to Audubon Center from the Art and History Museums along Lake Sybelia Avenue is quite scenic.
